With our drop-off catering service, food is delivered approximately 1 hour before serving time, hot and ready to serve. This option does not include on-site setup, reheating, or service staff.

SET-UP

For your convenience, food is delivered in disposable chafing trays, neatly organized for easy self-service. Serving utensils are included. No on-site setup or service staff is provided, making it perfect for events where you want ready-to-serve tacos or even for those looking for pickup taco catering.

PREPARATION Your order is freshly prepared and packaged hot, ready for the scheduled pick-up time at the Tacos Trafi shop at Peoria. PACKAGING Food is securely packed in catering trays, perfect for drop-off catering, and ready-to-serve tacos. No on-site setup, reheating, or service staff is included. The client is responsible for transportation, setup, and proper food handling after pickup for their taco catering needs.

All menu items, including our ready-to-serve tacos, are fully prepared ahead of time in our kitchen to ensure quality and consistency for our drop-off catering and pickup taco catering services.

This service does not include live cooking or grilling on-site; however, we do offer convenient drop-off catering and pickup taco catering, featuring ready-to-serve tacos.
